Thermal modeling of icy bodies in the solar system.

Observations of icy bodies populations such as transneptunian objects,
Centaurs and comets raise questions on their physical properties and
links between each other: crystalline or amorphous water ice, presence
or absence of volatiles, homogeneous or heterogeneous composition ?
I'll discuss how and whether thermal evolution modeling can help
interpreting the observations.
