These are for the 1/31/05 results. Below are the initial loading velocities for the case
when (A) the ring beam is not centered on the thermal background and (B) when it is.
This difference is because in A, the ring beam and background are given a relative drift
of 10 vA along the z axis, and in B there is no relative drift.
Both A and B have perpendicular ring velocities of 10 vA.
