These plots show distributions of the particles in polar space and as histograms for the cases of vbspec = 0.15 and 9.85 as determined in subroutine INIT.

Questions:
(1) If the particles were loaded in a maxwellian,and evolve into a ring beam over time, would we need to load them as a ring beam in later simulations?
(2) Does a nonzero vbspec effectively mean a nonzero drift maxwellian for that species?

values used for calculations:
anspec = 1; wspec = 1; wpiwci = 1e4; vbspec = 0.15; theta = 0 (angle between x and magnetic field)

vbspec = 0.15, btspec = 1
